We are Hiring For Senior Customer Support Executive Job in Bangalore
Qualification: 12th, Degree
Looking for Immediate Joiners
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Applicants will be responsible to manage both Inbound and Outbound calls.
• Will be responsible to open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
• Applicants should build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• This process includes both Welcome and Feedback calls.
• Will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
• Will be responsible to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Knowing the products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
• Applicants must have very good communication skills.
• Applicants should know English, Hindi and 1 Regional language is compulsory.
• Applicants will not be provided cab facility.
• Under Graduates, Graduates and Post Graduates can apply.
• Female applicants will be provided Morning shift and Male applicants will have rotational shifts.
• Incumbents will have 1 rotational week off.
