Job Description
• Create and Manage Product Backlog for project or module.

• Communicate with Client on details of Product Backlog Items and determine business value.

• Create User Stories for Product Backlog items.

• Create required Business Models, Process Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, Business Rules, verbiages and any other documentation for Product Backlog items.

• Work with UI/UX/Graphics team to create User Interface Mockups for approvals.

• Work to get approvals from Client for functionality mentioned in Product Backlog Items.

• Work with designers, developers and testers on estimates of Product Backlog Items.

• Communicate with Business and Clients for Product Backlog item effort approvals.

• Co-ordinate and work with Project Managers for prioritization of Product Backlog items.

• Work with Project Manager on Release Planning.

• Conduct Sprint meetings.

• Work with Sprint Team to clarify doubts and questions.

• Communicate with Clients to resolve Sprint impediments.

• Review UAT and production issues.

• Communicate and manage Change Requests and Enhancements in Product backlog.

• Report to the Team and Supervisor as per the team processes.

• Facilitate the process of gathering and prioritizing tool and process feedback from key operational stakeholders in partnership with program subject matter experts, vendors and IT partners.

• Provide operational analysis and business process expertise during planning stages of new project proposals.

• Partner closely with Solutions Delivery, IT, Internal Groups and vendor teams to ensure that business needs are being met with systems solutions.

• Develop business cases and as-is/to-be business process documentation as needed to support planning and design stages of new product development.

• Review and provide sign off on business requirements documentation and functional specifications created by our internal and/or vendor IT partners.

• Assist with quarterly Business Process Regression Testing (BPRT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including scenario and test case generation, end-user testing logistics, testing execution and business sign-off.

• Facilitate successful transition of tools to operational execution after go live.

• Conduct business analysis and drive process optimization projects aimed at reducing costs and improving quality.

• Solid knowledge and proficiency in Visio, Access and Excel; MS Project proficiency a plus
