Position Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain, review and update the business standards documentation

Develop new and existing content supporting internal teams for standard exception documentation working closely with content managers and SMEs

Meet with Sales and Department heads to review post - RFP submissions and evaluate business requirements that were not met

Establish guidelines and documentation for tracking and reporting

Participate in internal discussions related to new product development to document any exception to the service or product offering

Manage new and existing content for Compliance, HIPAA, Privacy and Healthcare reform related topics

Support internal initiatives and projects by participating in meetings with Business Owners based on market segment feedback

Adapt product/solution offerings to meet client business goals

Communicate sales activity and pipeline forecasts to management

Contact customers and/or potential clients to answer questions and provide information and customer service

Conduct research and analysis into future plans and needs of targeted agencies/customers

Event management: setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on conferences across the globe while maintaining and developing client relationships

Conduct internal trainings on business standards documentation of internal customers (Proposals, Sales, Client Management and SMEs)

Perform other duties as assigned to meet corporate objectives

Build and maintain a pipeline of active and qualified accounts within the healthcare sectors

Manage communication across the organization through various engagement platforms

Design marketing materials to supplement marketing efforts for conferences

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in English, Business, or Healthcare, or other related degree

5 years of experience in Proposal or Content Development roles

Sales Or Consulting background

Proficiency in MS-Office tools, Power-point and content development

Independent but collaborative worker

Ever curious with a learning orientation

Ability to identify non-standard requests and work with appropriate leadership to resolve or respond

Ability to develop and report on task volume including, wins/losses, average days to complete

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA Profile from Top Tier Institute

5 years of experience in Proposal or Content Development roles in a healthcare environment
