Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Track development deliverables and communicate their status to global teams.
  2. Estimate engineering effort during various stages of project life cycle.
  3. Provide architectural guidance and oversight to quality assurance on all new code from inception through integration, staging and production environments.
  4. Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness at problem solving while collaborating and working effectively with best in class designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers.
  5. Coach, guide and mentor 2-4 lead developers in accomplishing architecture, design and implementation goals.
  6. Be responsible for end to end development architecture, thus ensuring the code written to implement the architecture and design meets the highest standards in terms of code quality and efficiency.
  7. Perform research and implement best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement.
  8. Follow agile/scrum methodologies to iterate quickly on product changes, developing user stories and working through backlogs.
Job Requirements:

Desired Profile:
1. Bachelors degree preferred (Computer Science a plus)
2. 8+ years of experience functioning as a senior Salesforce.com developer
3. Salesforce.com Certifications required (Force.com Developer, Force.com Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)
4. Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture
5. Expertise writing SOQL and SOSL queries
6. Deep understanding of APEX Classes, Aura UI Framework, Triggers, Workflows, Validations, and Visual Force pages including HTML, Java Script, & ExtJS
7. Salesforce Security- OWD, Sharing Settings and Permission sets ,Reports & Dashboards,Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud,Service Cloud and Support Cloud
Lightning Module, Apex, SOQL and SOSL,Triggers,Batch Classes,Asynchronous Apex,Process Builder,Visual Flow
8. Expertise required for Salesforce1 Mobile development
9. Detailed knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles
10. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications and presentation skills
11. Precise attention to detail
12. Team player with a selfless attitude
13. Must be able to work with other teammates and on individual assignments
14. Must have analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations
15. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issue
16. Understands and has practical experience using the Agile Practices and Principles
17. Other Skills/Tools needed: Jenkins, SVN, Eclipse, Dataloader, Informatica, Oracle PL/SQL.
