Job Description: Reporting to the Application Development Team Lead, the Senior Application Developer will take a key role in orchestrating the development of business-critical applications.
Using your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills, you will provide a service to the business that is professional, reliable and facilitates the adoption and effective usage of Intertek’s portfolio of applications.
You will provide valuable input to determining the product roadmap and assisting with product development and enhancements.
Required Skills Essential Skills and Experiences
Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycle and Industry Best Practices
Excellent knowledge OOPs concept
Knowledge of TFS or any other source control
Excellent knowledge of VB.NET development and supporting development tools
Excellent experience and knowledge of Asp.net web forms
Good experience and knowledge creating WCF web services
Good experience and knowledge of database design and T-SQL
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience of working with geographically dispersed development resources
Strong written and spoken communication in English
Major Responsibilities Develop accurate and fully documented features that deliver the requirements as specified within functional specifications
Work collaboratively within a fast-paced project team
Provide input on application design and functionality
Ensure that development standards and conventions are adhered to throughout all projects
Contribute to the continual effort to improve processes
Be involved in testing and release of software
Support existing systems including the investigation of complex business issues

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
