Job Description
The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the entire Compensation and Benefits function for the India office across different verticals. You will oversee the C&B function including processing end to end Payroll statutory compliances, Employee Benefits (Insurance, Company Car Lease, NPS, etc), setting up / streamlining of processes, PF Trust Management, monitoring internal control.
You will ensure all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with BCG policies and procedures, and in compliance with statutory regulations. This individual will ensure his Team provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and governmental agencies.

Local Payroll:
Managing end to end Payroll function across all verticals. Audit of all payroll inputs prior to updation in the Payroll system. maintaining separation of duties for compliance and audit controls
Oversee and ensure all policies and practices related to local payroll are implemented
Set and improve processes to streamline payroll operations
Review of monthly payroll reports, salary registers and bank uploads
Managing all statutory and labour law related compliances within due dates

Mobility Payroll:
Manage overall payroll related compliances for Mobility participants inbound and outbound.
Ensure statutory compliances are completed
Coordinate with tax consultant for managing the tax compliances for Mobility participants
Coordinate with other BCG offices for any issues related to Mobility

Provident Fund Trust Management:
Manage overall PF Trust related compliances.
Ensure funds are invested in a timely and responsible manner to generate optimum returns
Coordinate with consultant to manage all compliances related to the Trust
Ensure all settlements are done in a timely and accurate manner

Benefits:
Manage overall employee Benefits portfolio for India office (including Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Accident policy, top up plans, etc)
Ensure Medical insurance coverage is monitored regularly and claim settlement is done on time
Manage travel insurance portfolio
Manage forex advances
Manage car lease plan for staff

Miscellaneous:
Manage employee interactions, help desk, New hire inductions, F&F process
Track and Manage performance of various vendors for Payroll, Insurance, car lease, etc related profiles
Prepare monthly MIS reports for Payroll cost accounting and ensure all reconciliations are in place
Manage labour law related compliances in conjunction with service provider
Propose and work on system / process enhancements
Manage various Regional and global MIS submissions

A bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in a fast paced environment supporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
Experience with In house payroll processing
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Exposure to international mobility, Expat Payroll.
Expert Knowledge of India Payroll , statutory compliances, individual taxation
Exposure to Employee Benefits like Insurance, company car lease, National Pension Scheme
Proficient in labour laws
Exposure of managing Private PF Trust will be an added advantage
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Excellent customer service orientation with creative and resourceful problem solving skills can do attitude
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Self-starter, highly motivated and innovative

You'll be working within a closely knit team of 2 Analysts reporting into India Finance Manager. You'll be interacting closely with HR teams across various verticals. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG.
