Job Skills & Qualification

University degree. Excellent communication skill in English, Arabic speaking & typing is preferred. Excellent knowledge in self letter drafting. Minimum typing speed 60 word/minute. Should be excellent in Microsoft Windows office old and new versions. Knowledge in SAP application is a plus.

Job Description
Should be able to handle all secretarial works independently, must be able to arrange Hotel & Flight reservations around the globe, minimum knowledge should be possessed in project and insurance activities, basic accounting and codes. Should be able to arrange and handle all top management service requirements, thorough knowledge in making filing in a very systematic manner. Must be capable in writing minutes of meeting by attending the meetings, able to work under high pressure and extended hours. Ability to make reports and analysis.
Experience: 5 to 15 years.
