Description
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence (Including emails, sending and taking dictations for emails) Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, ensuring no overlap Maintaining Travel Schedules and making travel arrangements. Typing, preparing and collating reports ? Getting reports from People and Summarising. Getting and maintaining MIS Database, Making presentations etc. General Filing Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) Managing databases of Director and communications Implementing new procedures and administrative systems liaising with relevant organisations and clients coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks logging or processing bills or expenses of Director Skills Required: 1. Excellent communication and organisation skills 2. Proficiency in English and Hindi 3. Excellent Man management skills 4. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
