• Work closely with business experts and programmers to formalize customer requirements and translate them into testable user scenarios • Design and develop automation tools for functional, regression, and continuous integration testing • Engage in black box and white box testing of products in a dynamic development environment • Provide testing guidance and direction to the project team, including local and remote developers, testers, and program managers • Facilitate continuous improvement of all areas of the team’s tools and processes • Work cooperatively as part of a self-organizing team in which you determine your tasks on a daily basis in coordination with peersSkill Set:
•12+ years of experience in a similar capacity • BS or MS in Computer Science or related Engineering field • Proven ability to program in Java or similar object-oriented language • Experience testing payment processing or similar mission-critical transactional systems • Experience with interface testing, SOA, or Web Services • Knowledge of JUnit/TestNG /Selenium or similar test frameworks • Familiarity with Data Driven Testing, Fitnesse, or related tools and processes • Experience collaborating with customers and business experts
