About the team
This role is a part of ourRDP team. Scrum Master is required.

What you will be doing
  • Manages project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
  • Promotes continuous improvement throughout the product cycle.
  • Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups

What you bring
  • 5 - 7 yrs. experience with Strong understanding of role of Scrum Master.
  • Manages project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met. Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills. Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
  • Needs to be expert in estimation and planning. Knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
  • Facilitates Scrum ceremonies as requested or needed, maintains time-box ceremonies. Practices the core agile principles in collaboration, prioritization, accountability.
  • Promotes continuous improvement throughout the product cycle. Facilitates sprint demos, planning and retrospectives
