Organize and conduct daily Stand Up meetings • Manage sprint planning and execution which includes the management of project progress and provide status & visibility • Participate in release planning and scheduling by providing empirical Scrum team statistics, identifying project dependencies, and creating velocity forecasts • Ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them • Work with Product Management, Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to plan ahead and ensure product backlog is prioritized, groomed, and has sufficient detail, so that it is ready to be worked on to avoid any downtime, ambiguity or rework • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies • Facilitate issue resolution within the team • Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
