Must be MCP SCCM 2007/2012 Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool
Minimum 3+ years of overall experience and 2+ years on Relevant Experience
Should be having Expert level knowledge on SWD products especially SCCM 2007/2012, HPCAE or Altiris
Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
Should be able to resolve the issues independently.
Excellent technical, communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge on Windows Server OS and latest Client OS available in the market
Basic knowledge on Packaging Process and Scripting.
(More specific to organization) Expert level troubleshooting and need to work on any one of Software Distribution tool

-Excellent Knowledge on Windows OS and Ability to create SQL queries Proven knowledge on incident management, handling customer escalations and ability to handle complex issue on Release, OSD and Infrastructure.
-Flexible to work on 24X7 basis, Ability to write the process / ITSM Documents and KBs,
-Good knowledge on AD and different AD groups, infrastructure knowledge on the SWD tool.
-Ability to work on Package Distribution, Patch management and release management troubleshooting
-Effectively handle all the ITIL Process Especially Escalated Incident Management/Change Management and Problem Management
