Job Description
  • Experience of working in remote delivery model
  • Key Tasks / Deliverables
  • Deliver Configurations as per Configuration Workbook with ZERO Defects
  • Testing, Testing Support and Issue / Defect Resolution
  • Cut-Over Execution as per the Cutover Plan / Checklist
  • Documentation
  • Any Additional Tasks as may be required by the Project Team 
Experience / Skill Requirements
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Experience
  • Ability to ramp-up into Additional Employee Central Add-on Solutions
  • At least 3 end-to-end Employee Central Implementations Experience
  • Key Employee Central Skills include but not limited to
  • Setting up Data Models including Country-specific Setup
  • Working with Foundation Objects including MDF Foundation Objects
  • Event Reasons and Derivations
  • Business Rules and Notifications
  • Position Management
  • Document Generation
  • Translations, RBP, Sync Jobs, etc.
  • Integration with other SAP SuccessFactors Solutions
  • Integration with SAP ERP HCM and/or S/4 HANA
  • Integration with other Functional Areas like Finance & Controlling, Logistics, etc.
  • Instance Sync Tool
  • Knowledge and Experience with SAP Activate Methodology
  • Knowledge on HR Business Processes
  • Good Communication – written & oral – Skills
  • Knowledge / Experience on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Add-on Solutions is a plus
  • Knowledge / Experience on other SAP SuccessFactors Solutions and / or SAP ERP HCM is a plus
