2 or 3 Experience of SAP implementation projects(not only single module project) as Project manager, Knowledge of SAP Auto After Sales module. •Excellent Project Management experience required •Experiencing in managing multiple teams •Superb Customer Management experience is must •Prior development experience in After Sales area. •Exprience in roll-out projects
•Excellent written and oral communication skills •Experience in managing offshore teams •Experience in different SDLC, process maturity models •Past technical background is required especially in After Sales area •Should be able to handle customers, conflict situations, escalation management and so forth •PMP Certification is desirable •Demonstrated success delivering large scale, complex applications. •Problem solving, issue handling, progress management, Requirement analysis, supporting and guiding team on functional and technical areas as required

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
