Approximately 10 to 12 years of total experience and SAP Implementation experience in minimum 5 projects implementing SAP FICO
A minimum of 5-6 years experience in Successfully implementing SAP ECC Solutions as a lead consultant covering technical assessments, solution design, testing, and deployment.
At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing S/4 HANA and/or migration to S/4HANA
Extensive knowledge in more than one of the following areas: Financial accounting and closing operations, cost management, profitability analysis, New General Ledger, SAP S/4HANA Finance, fund management, asset management

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
