"• Lead and manage the daily operational work assigned to the supplier team

• Resolve the most complex incidents and problems following defined processes and procedures

• Responsible for leading technical activities in performing problem analysis, defining the preventive action plans and driving the implementation, and evaluating the prevention effectiveness

• Responsible for leading, training and coaching the other team members in fulfilling their tasks

• Subject to periodic review of team’s performance against plan and SLAs

• Impact extends beyond own area and to other parts of the relevant services

• Accountable for the timely completion and quality of the project/service within budget and integration with other projects/services

• Influence team’s outputs


Skill Set:

• Engineering or Management Graduate.
• At least 7 years SAP experience in relevant SAP module(s) in both functional and technical domain
• At least 2 years SAP technical experience 𨪺P,IDOC,ALE,EDI, Middleware)
• At least 10 full project cycle
• At least 4 years"rsquo experience in the manufacturing industry
• Successful implementation experience for global manufacture company, especially auto industrial company. Capable to support whole IT solution design, global template roll out, enhancement, optimization, testing and maintenance
• Have the ability to handle integration scenario between SAP and other non-SAP systems
• Proven record in leading the technical delivery team of SAP development to named industry customers
• Familiar with ITPM and ITIL methodology and its implementation
• Be familiar with BBA IT strategy and management approach, such as SAP system splitting "amp integration model
• Effective Global "amp China local business "amp IT team collaboration
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral English and capable to support global working module
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Good skills in presentation and providing technical training
• Applies creativity and judgment to development work and seeks to achieve the business benefits
• Solid internal Quality Assurance process, tools, and deliverables to ensure the quality of project deliverables
• Requires providing leadership in optimizing relevant business processes, improving bug fixed capabilities, defining prevention strategies and delivering optimized technical solutions to improve overall business outcomes
