Should have completed minimum of 1 end to end implementation and 2 support projects. Good knowledge of AFS business processes. Good experience in all standard SAP EWM configurations. Working experience with inbound/outbound/Physical inventory and internal warehouse EWM processes. Working experience with EWM queue management and resolutions. Good experience in LOSC/POSC including Warehouse org structure, Placement and removal strategies, Physical inventory, Print configurations. Working experience with batch management. Working experience of cross-docking, wave/2-step picking etc. Working experience on RF.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
