We are looking for below requirement.

Job Description for SAP CRM Functional consultant:
  • 6+ Years of experience in support and implementation on SAP CRM & TPM.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the SAP CRM system.
  • Experience and knowledge of integration points of SAP CRM System with SAP ECC modules.
  • Responsible for Production support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyse and solve software problems.
  • Responsible for working with business users and clients to gather and document business requirements for system changes and to:
  • develop solutions to satisfy business needs under CRs in a AMS environment.
  • Responsible for analysing the impact changes will have on other internal/external business application systems.
  • Knowledge on Portal/ISA/TPM (At least two)
  • Responsible for developing all documentation related to system changes as per policies and procedures.
  • Good communication, presentation and written skills.
