Participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations Collaborate with the business on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes, including advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts Ensure all systems are aligned with the IT long term strategy Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation Set testing strategy for modules and leading end to end integration testing Participate in the delivery of project and minor/major releases Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Customer Relationship Management area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
