Service Procurement - SoW, Multi bid SoW, Supplier Selection, On Boarding/ Off-Boarding, Invoicing
Good Understanding of SAP MM Procurement & Services management functionality
Work on the end to end implementation, configuration and deployment of the IVALUA solution, including the enablement of eSourcing, eProcurement, Supplier Portal, Contract Management, and/or Spend Analysis.
Participate in workshops/ work streams related to strategy improvement and category management, contract management processes and supplier selection
Assist with proposal development and other new business development activities by providing IVALUA SME support to accounts / prospective customer opportunities
Support multiple engagement teams with technical knowledge of the eProcurement platform being implemented.
Provide technical and functional support during the following phases: mobilize, design, realize, test, train, Hypercare, and supplier enablement
Develop subject matter expertise knowledge for multiple technology platforms and be able to lead and support configuration and business process design sessions
Participate in architecture design and advise engagement teams of leading practices on integration design. Provide support in developing functional and technical specification documents
Work with clients and technology providers to lead and support upgrade requests for technology platforms
Work closely with & mentor offshore team and collaborate with technology provider to execute project tasks
A minimum of 2-6 years of management consulting experience working with procurement processes (Source to Pay preferred) and IVALUAs SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for eSourcing, eProcurement, Supplier Portal, Contract Management, and/or Spend Analysis, including proven previous experience with IVALUA implementations
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
Functional knowledge of and hands on configuration experience enabling sourcing and procurement applications in IVALUA, including proven past experience in IVALUA configuration, deployment and roll-out
Excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, client relationship development, facilitation, and presentation skills
EProcurement, AP and/or Expense Management experience is required
Previous experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, IVALUA, Taulia.
Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required
