Responsibilities:
Work on Salesforce Development locally and collaborate with global Architect and Product Managers to build and support our Salesforce CRM Platform.
Model SFDC Objects and relationships for business processes.
Develop and maintain SFDC dashboards, reports and batch jobs.
Develop and maintain Salesforce data maintenance jobs.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of IT experience in Salesforce
Demonstrated expertise programming in SFDC Apex Programming for 5+ years. Java Programming experience is desirable.
Demonstrated expertise with Trigger, SOQL & SOSL, REST API, Batch Apex and implementations for 3+ years.
Demonstrated expertise in integrating with other SFDC packages like Document Management Systems, Payment Gateways, Telephony is highly desirable
Demonstrated expertise with software architecture & design, Data structures and Algorithms
Demonstrated expertise in doing technical deep dives into design and code to deliver high quality product and services
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
Demonstrated System thinking and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile software development methodology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
