Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Take a leadership role in helping advance and support our SalesForce Practice.

- Assist in training and mentoring of Jr. Developers and growing the current SalesForce team.

- Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required.

- Review business requirements to develop functional and non-functional system requirements.

- Participates in analysis and design activities.

- Responsible for the development activities using the Force platform.

- Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation.

- Help create integration and development project plans and designs.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience. Overall 5+ years of experience is expected

- Extensive Experience with the SFDC toolkit (Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Apex Data Loader, etc.

- Proven track record of delivering results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Agile experience is a must.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Salesforce 401 certification required.

- Other SalesForce certifications are highly desired.

- Some experience with Sales cloud/Service cloud.

- Development experience on force.com with custom objects.

- Salesforce solutions implementation/release experience to end-client.
