Key Job Description/Responsibilities
Salesforce – BSA Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver enterprise wide technology solution built on Salesforce.com platform? Do you have a passion for to work on the latest features of Salesforce such as Wave and Lightning? Then Clients and Industries team may be the place for you. We follow agile methodologies to quickly deliver Deloitte-compliant Salesforce apps for internal clients and work on the best implementation of Dev-OPS framework for Salesforce! Join our team for exposure at a global level and help us fortify our market position further. Work you’ll do As a Salesforce BSA, you will work closely with Technical Delivery Manager and BSA Lead interact with clients to understand their requirements. You will be expected to: • Understands business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Elicits and documents functional requirements and test strategies for technical solutions to meet business needs. • Possesses advanced level understanding of BA, QA/QC professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies and leading practices. • Directs and monitors BA and QA/QC activities to ensure the traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements by defined test plans, test cases and test scripts. • Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements. • Establishes the estimation of requirements documentation and testing efforts for various projects and initiatives. • Manages the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; Provides senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status. • Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs. Manages the Product Backlog for a product, working with the Technical Delivery Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project • Works with Technical Delivery Manager and end users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing. • Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution. • Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately. • Ensures communication of Change Management activities and confirms solution and schedule adaptability • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. The team We, the Clients and Industries team, create and offer a range of solutions to internal stakeholders. We work with stakeholders to develop the enterprise wide Salesforce apps. We are into latest features into Salesforce which includes Wave, lightning, integrations and Mobile. We continuously look for ways to push the boundaries of our tools and channels, as well as look for ways to improve our development processes. Qualifications Required: • 6-8 years of experience in admin force.com. Experience in working on work bench and data loader toosl. • Understands business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
