Job Description
Sales & Operations

Sales Achievement:

 Responsible for 100% target achievement

 Taking NHT training for new joinees, controlling & guiding the SA ,analyzing competitors

 Achievement of controllable KPI targets for 100% store profitability and growth

 Obtaining profitable results as per monthly targets by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development, sales coaching and product knowledge development

Stock Management:

 Ensure smooth stock management as per company’s guidelines & counter performance,

 Monitoring the stock coverage at every counter thus avoiding the over-stocking or understocking and take corrective actions accordingly

Relationship Building:

 Sustain a good repo with key account department manager and making regular visits, exploring specific needs and new opportunities

Staff Management

 Drive and develop the manpower planning, route plans and related team structure

 Coach and manage the teams on VM, POS material, counter set-up for highest possible sales performance and consumer reach

 Referring new staff as per requirement.

 Initiate and maintain team bonding, motivation and relationship building with all staff members

Training:

 Identifying training needs & leading the internal Training program for new joinees as well as existing employees to suit business needs

 Plan, set-up, coordinate with superior to schedule staff training if required & counter staffs to maintain 100% sales efficiency.

Marketing and VM:

 Ensure smooth execution of sales promotions.

 VM supervision and implementation as per the VM guidelines.
