Collecting HNI & NRI database for the new business from leading Banks & Hi-end Car Showrooms.
Ensuring the timely updating of database and the property management.
Calling and meeting current and prospective clients on a daily basis.
Communicating, maintaining & developing client relationship.
Strong emphasis on training to maintain client relationship and promoting and cultivating potential clients.
Proactive analysis of the satisfaction levels of the clients through regular follow ups.
Meeting corporate clients & Travel Agents to develop sales.
In charge of TMC’s Sales for Go air& their Service in Bangalore.
Develop and implement business development, sales, marketing and PR strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing accounts.
Collecting information on the competition.
Identifying new clients for the chain out of Bangalore
Entering into corporate agreements & signing the Deals.
Act as Liaison between the corporate client and the Corporate Office.
Maintaining database of the corporate clients & monitoring their Flown Revenue
Responsible for Corporate & Group Sales
Giving Activity wise leads feedback to the marketing and helping them to do the right Activity.
Sending daily & weekly Reports to Branch Head & Marketing
Driving and Monitoring Telesales & Business Development Operations.
Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.
Manages relations with marketing team to ensure enough leads and leads through references
Responsible for achieving Tours targets in Holiday world.
Handling online Business enquires.
