:
As an Account Manager - B2B a typical day might include the following:
 * Mapping client needs, analyzing the clientâ€s needs & proposing customized solutions for online Recruitment i.e. talent acquisition, branding etc. 
* Pitching, selling & cross selling Monsters online Recruitment solutions to the decision makers in Placement Agencies and Consulting Firms.
* Manage complete sales cycle including complex sales situations & acquiring clients based on value based selling & solutions sales approach 
* Exhibiting account ownership beyond selling i.e. payment collection and transition to the next level 
 *Undertaking activities related to Product Usage vis-a-vis product analysis on an ongoing basis 
 * Closely monitoring the competitor activities and plan counter strategies 
 * Managing volume and value based business
