Job Description
JD- Sales Operations Manager

Role :

-Part of Sales team.. Give presales pricing support to Sales team and then take responsibility of executing orders right from the time PO is received from the customer till the time Payment is received – end to end responsibility of order execution, billing, payments and inventory. Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.

Responsibilities :

-Developing vendors database for all types of purchases & maintaining healthy vendor relations - Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.

-Give presales pricing support to Sales team

-Coordinate with Sales team and vendors for structuring Sales deals/negotiations with customers.

-Negotiate with vendors to get best pricing. Give back end support to sales team to close orders by getting best deals & availability from vendors

-Track Vendor/OEM claims & ensure claims filing & receipts.

-End to end Order execution from time of Customer PO receipt to payment collection.

-Negotiating and agreeing vendor contracts with best credit terms and monitoring their progress - checking the quality of service provided. Raise PO on vendors, delivery followup, processing vendor invoices and payments.

-Maintaining logistics vendor for timely delivery of all goods and material PAN india at optimum cost.

-Ensuring proper documentation like DC, Invoicing, acknowledgements and up to date record management. Maintaining individual project/contract records and files both hard and soft

-Inventory Management and reconciliation - Stock reconciliation – reconcile physical stock at various go downs/warehouse with system generated stock report.

-MIS reports to Management on various KRA KPI of Sales Operation Dept.

Desired Education & Experience:

-First class Graduates preferably with addl. Qualifications/trainings in Vendor Management.

-Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Vendor & Multi locational logistics/deliveries management in IT Hardware industry.

-Is well versed with It hardware industry dynamics & hardware products.

-Has good relations with IT Industry OEM’s and understands pricing mechanism

-Is a very good Negotiator & master in structuring deals.

-Honest, Sincere and loyal with high degree of Integrity.
