Job Responsibilities for Sales & Marketing Executive
 Responsible for customer co-ordination and satisfaction

 Clear understanding of the service apartments' business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.

 Implements all sales and marketing action plans

 Responsible to deal with digital marketing activities.

 Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.

 Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

 Represent our services in various events and exhibition.

 Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the clients and develop strong professional long term business relationships.

 Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

 Sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business.

 Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the Company.

 Develop strong relationships with all team members to ensure working unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.

 Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, etc.

 Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.

 Prepare and update sales pitch and presentation for customer

 Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.

 Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.

 Responsible to provide and maintenance quality of service and enforcing organization standards. 


Requirement:-

 A detail oriented individual with good communication skills.

 Should be responsible and a good team player.
 Candidate having computer knowledge - MS Word, Excel, Power point.

 Should have good communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills.

 Candidate should be presentable, energetic and confident.

 Graduation/MBA/PGDM

 Experience Required – 2-5 years

 Preferable:- Have relevant experience in hotel industry/ facility management

 Salary – As per industry
