Job Title: Sales Manager
Reporting Authority: Area Sales Manager
Department: Consumer Product Finance
Location of Posting: Pune
Job Description:
Sourcing of Consumer Product Finance (CPF) loans from all retail formats.
Manage relationships with merchants & dealers in sales territory.
Manage sales process compliance and adherence to operating guidelines.
Drive Sales and BTL marketing activations
Key Result Areas (Job Responsibilities)
Selection, evaluation and onboarding of merchants/dealers.
Responsible for achieving & exceeding business goals and targets.
Identification of potential business area to operate and customer profiles.
Assign responsibility to sales officers and monitor their performance.
Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
Team management & grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets.
Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams .
Managing the delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio.
Drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience.
Recruitment and training of sales teams.
Provide support to the collections team.
