Roles and Responsibility :
Post Sales Manager Sales:
Reaching the Targets and Goals set for his area. Establishing, Maintaining and Expanding customer base. Increasing Business opportunities through various Routes to Market. Setting Sales Targets for Individual as well as team . Allocating areas to. Developing sales Strategies and setting Targets. Team's performance and motivating them to reach Targets. Compiling and analysing Sales figures. Business Development & revenue generation Client retention and follow up. Customer Visits : Daily visit to five new customers . You will have to send daily visit report to Managing Director. You will maintain cordial relations with the customers. Collecting Customer feedback and Market Research Keeping up to Date with products and Competitors. Client Handling Through Cold Calling. Recovery & Collection : Ensuring timely collections from customers . Data Updation : Webxpress Software Updations, MIS Management of Sales Data. Daily, Weekly And Monthly Basis Reporting to the Concerned Authority / Managers.
Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
