Job Description
Recruit, develop, and retain branch production and other support staff to achieve branch sales and volume goals.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Conduct ongoing sales calls to create, develop and maintain referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and consumers

Responsible for branch management, sales and services, business development, branch profitability, process, risk management, team building and motivation.

Oversee the sales and Acquisition process to attract new clients / Owners.

Achieving business targets assigned to the branch and also ensuring achievement of business targets of all team members.

Adherence to cost budgets and ensuring branch profitability.

Ensuring high levels of customer experience and follow up with customers for collections.

Adhering to laid down processes and guidelines.

Overall branch administration and management of the team.

Ensuring excellent internal and external audit rating and closure.
