Profile - Sales Manager



Minimum 6 to 12 years of Sales experience



Proven sales experience of IT Services and Solution Sales, especially in the areas of IMS (IT Infrastructure Management Services), IT Security, Cloud computing, SOC (Security Operations Centre) & NOC/RIM (Network Operations Center / Remote Infrastructure Management).

Track record of over-achieving Sales Target

Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

Good Presentation skills

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self motivated and driven

BE/MBA/Graduate

Responsibilities

-Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (Leads from marketing/partners/Cold calling/OEMs etc)

-Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

-Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships with customer

-Meet month on month sales targets on order booking, billing, gross margin and collection

-Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

-Attend meeting, sales events and training's to keep abreast of the latest developments

-Report and provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trend, competition and changing customer needs.

-Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
