Job opening in Merino Group as Key Account Manager ( KAM ) .

Segment - Interior Solutions

Designation – Key Account Manager ( Sales )

Location – Ernakulam , Kerala

Salary – 25000k CTC To 50000k CTC + Other Allowance .

Qualification – MBA / Graduation with Good communication skill .

Experience – 3 - 6 years of B2B sales experience ,

preferably from similar trade.

Job Description -

The role of Key Account Manager is to own the relationship between Influencers and organization through different channels. End to end communication with all stake holders that leads to sales specification and further sales closure. KAM shall be a smart young professional (Pref. Female) who shall be the POC for this project among the influencers.

Basic Requirement

• Qualification: Graduate with excellent communication skills, added advantage if an MBA.

• Proficient with MS Office

• Good communication skills: written and spoken

• 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably for similar trade or audience

• Open for travel up to 75%

• Language Known – English, Hindi & the local language

• Ability to handle team and inter-department co-ordination

• Working Days – 6 Days working and Sunday week off.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between Influencers and company

• Enrolment and engage Influencers in the Merino loyalty program

• Strategic planning to improve influencer response rate in loyalty program across all pillars

• Delivering and driving program pillars in his/ her respective territory

• Developing a complete understanding of Influencer’s needs

• Managing communications between influencer and internal teams

• Managing and coordinating with account team assigned to respective influencer

• Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance

• Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling

• Resolving key client issues and complaints

• Analyzing influencer data to provide customer relationship management

• Expanding relationships and bringing in new Architects

• MIS - tracking & analyzing reports. Regularly updating Specification sheet in system and sharing it with respective stakeholders.

• Management Reviews – Presenting program status in weekly/ monthly management reviews.

• Competition mapping – Share competition reports on monthly basis.
