Job Description
Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the sales and distribution operations of company in Oman. 2. Experience in managing Key Account Customers and their operations. 3. Increase the distribution strength by proper planning and utilization of resources efficiently. 4. Manage the sales team efficiently to achieve the set targets in each territory. 5. Execute the Sales & Marketing Plans efficiently to increase the business and meet the pre-set goals. 6. Achieve the collection targets set for self and the team. 7. Make sure that proper merchandising is carried out and FIFO method is followed by the merchandisers. 8. Encourage and mentor the sales team to improve the team productivity. 9. Keep very strong relationship with existing and new customers through regular meetings and follow ups. 10. Create proper Route plans and sales plans for the team. 11. Control sales route plans with the help of daily sales reports and provide MIS to the management. 12. Play an active role between the internal and external customers to maintain healthy and professional relationship. 13. Capture and provide all competitor activities, new product/brand launches by competitors to the management. 14. Resolve onsite issues or problems related to product and sales as soon as reported and discuss with immediate reporting manager in further actions or approvals required.
