The Business Development team works closely with the senior management team in sales efforts. Responsibilities and Duties • Maintain close relationship with key customers including Commercial Clients and also with Developers, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, etc. • Maintain inventory of upcoming projects and follow up with relevant intermediaries to advise on suitability of the products in portfolio • Act as the primary relationship manager during execution of large projects and interface with the Projects team for timely execution to the satisfaction of the client

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
