Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION: Increase business revenues through acquisition of new clients in their region & segment. Identify potential prospects in Payroll Outsourcing business, HR Products and increase market share through acquisition. Good understanding of Payroll, HR products and ability to manage clients at senior levels

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identification of prospective clients and generate revenues.

2. Able to generate leads through various networks and converting the same to increase business

3. Extensive understanding of local market and deep penetration for increasing sales irrespective of small, medium and large accounts.

4. Good in understanding the market and competitor trends and accordingly drive plans to increase sales revenues.

5. Should be able to connect and interact with CEO’s CXO’s, HR Head / Finance etc., and creating connect thereby increasing the sales volume.

6. Prepare RFP’s, EOI’s and able to understand the scope, profit, risks etc.,

7. Able to articulate well and should have the capability to convert passive clients into real time business deals.

8. Prepare reports / trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.

9. Ensure adherence in achieving the sales plan and participate in review with reporting supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education:

Degree in Management or Business Administration.

Advanced degree desirable.

2. Experience:

• Graduate / Post graduate with 4 - 9 plus years of experience in handing IT Domestic sales.

• Sound Experience in handling B2B sales is mandatory.

• Understanding of HR / Payroll Outsourcing concepts will be an added advantage.

• Should be an effective in communication, negotiation and personal grooming

• Knowledge and understanding of technology – automation aspects will be an added advantage.

3. Generic Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work effectively under changing conditions.

Strong managerial ability.

Should be well groomed and should display good behavioral skills
