Job Description
Responsibilities
Preparation of business plan for India market both in short and longer term according to the Headquarters’ overall strategy

• Contacting companies in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Safety & Security, Logistics & Retail

• Presenting Quuppa products to the customers

• Understanding their needs in tracking products/ people

• Generation of leads

• Making proposals/ quotations and presenting the same to the end customers

• Taking part in negotiations and closing the deal

• Identification and finalization of new partners

• Selling demo kits to the partners

• Monitor the partners and helping them to close the deals

• Implementation of projects with the help of partners

• Develop detailed knowledge and work closely with partners and customers in every possible business area such as system integrators, solution providers, application developers, hardware manufacturers, etc., so as to ensure the best results

• Assure the highest level of customer engagement and support from Quuppa in sales, technical support with smooth communication between customers, partners in India, R&D and engineering in Finland

• Contribute strongly in making Quuppa the leader in Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS) industry in India, with a goal to achieve sales targets for India region

• Maintaining the record of communication in CRM software

• To maintain relationships with customers and partners

• Participate in related exhibitions and events to promote Quuppa technology

• Conduct any other assignments as required by the company 
Desired Profile:
• Graduate in Computer Science/ Computer/ IT/ Electronics/ Industrial Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications

• At least 8 years working experience with 5 years Sales/ business development experience in software/ IOT domain/ tracking technologies/ telecommunication/ digital business

• Experience in tracking technologies such as RFID, Blue Tooth Low Energy would be plus. 
• Strong understanding of technology offering integrated with different partners.
• Solid management skills and sales experience with good resources in solution providers and system integrators

• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
• Good interpersonal skills

• Good presentation skills

• Self-starter and ability to achieve results under pressure

• Proficiency in MS – Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Willing to work and develop himself/herself with a fast growing and innovative company

• Readiness and willingness to travel frequently.
