The profile is to recruit financial advisors and take business from them. The company will provide free training to all your advisors and then they will be ready to do business in the market.
Sales Manager / Agency Manager/ Unit Manager -Agency Channel.
1. To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references. 2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills. 3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code. 4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them. 5. Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors. 6. Reporting to the Branch Manager
Desired Candidate Criteria:-
1. Any Graduate are welcomed. 2. Must be a localize in City for at least an 2 year. 3. Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry. 4. Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose good leadership qualities. 5. Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network 6. Age Limit: 24 years to 40 years.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
