Job Description
Sales - 2 requirements. : 15-25,000/month

· Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson

· Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

· Proven track of successful sales record

· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

· Display and market property to possible buyers

· Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements representation contracts, purchase agreements and closing statements.

· Prepare sales or other contracts.

· Maintain and update listings of available properties

· Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors

· Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors

· Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services

· Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.

· Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

· Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

· Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

· Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.

· Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.

· Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features.

· Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

· Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.

· Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.

· Develop professional relationships or networks.

· Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.

· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports

· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

· Location : Lal Bagh, Bangalore
