Job Location: 
Delhi, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Bhatinda, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Bikaner, Ajmer, Alwar, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Mathura, Allahabad, Azamgarh, Firozabad, Bhiwani / Charkhi Dadri, Rewari / Mahendergarh, Fatehabad and Sirsa.

Product to be sold:

Steel made Doors (Residential & Commercial both), Windows and Ventilators to Retail Customers, Builders, Contractors and Housing Project Developers.

Salary and Payroll:

The selected candidate will be on the payroll of the TATA Steel distributors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To ensure achievement of sales targets as per plan. The candidate will be required to sell Tata Steel Doors (Tata Pravesh product) to Customers
  • Implement initiatives in-line with Tata Steel expectations
  • Build consumer and influencer connect, ensuring a consumer-driven mindset at all times
  • Gather competitive intelligence data from the field
  • Lead generation: -Generate leads from activities like Roadshows etc.
  • Identify and map all influencers masons and contractors for the consumption centres covered
  • Lead Conversion

Selection Criteria:
  • Graduation / Diploma holder. MBA in sales and marketing is a plus.
  • 0-8 yrs Sales Experience in any field. Freshers are also eligible.
  • Basic English Communication skills, must be well versed in local language and dialects
  • Well-groomed and street smart
  • Candidate should have a two wheeler and Android phone. Company will reimburse phone and fuel charges.
