Job Description
Position:  Account Manager\ sr. sales executive \ sales executive
Organisation-- A SI { based in Delhi \ NOIDA}
Reporting - General Manager – Sales / Regional Manager – Sales
Location:- Delhi\ Noida\ Gurgaon
Exp- 3-8 yrs
Budget:- CTC- INR 4.5L – 10 L
Qualifications: - Graduate, MBA


Job Responsibilities
 An Account Manager is responsible for achieving assigned business targets for the territory / accounts. Building long term 
 relationship, positioning the company and solutions. Soliciting business for "IT products " which includes , Server/ Storage ,  Networking , software licenses , Security software , Cloud services, IT Hardware, Datacenter solutions components.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Opening new accounts & Generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to customers.
  • Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping.

Desired Profile
  • IT products Sales (IT Infrastructure Solutions sales which includes Data centre Solution/Security /Server/Storage/ Networking components) to different industry segments.
  • Security domain in the areas of SIEM, Mobile Security, Encryption, DLP, Asset Management, data & network security, advanced threat protection, etc. and System Integration domain in the areas of Virtualisation, Hyperconvergence, Data archival / backup, etc.
  • Key OEMs we partner with are Symantec, Check Point, FireEye, ManageEngine, CloudFlare, Veritas, Vmware, Nutanix, Cisco, IBM , HP , Dell  etc. among others.
  • Experience in dealing with Corporate \ Telecom \ Enterprises accounts.
  • Account Management experience in the specified job location.
  • Strategic thinker with thought Leadership.
  • Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise.
  • Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
  • Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.
  • Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.
  • 3– 8 years of experience in selling.
  • Good PR Skill, follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure, competitive Analysis of the market and requirement gathering
  • A good communication skill in English is must
  • Increasing business opportunities from customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Pleasant Personality
