Job Description:


This is a field sales executive position to represent PACT and pitch its ERP product which caters to all market segments [Small, Medium & Enterprise]. Expectation is to generate and convert leads into potential customers by understanding customer needs/requirements and provide business solution using PACT ERP. Candidate should be self-driven, with good communication and negotiation skills


Responsibilities include:


• Responsible for Pre sales & sales of entire range of PACT ERP, across country

• Visit and meet customers and give them overview of PACT Products / Services

• Meet and exceed sales targets [monthly/quarterly/yearly]

• Diligently managing unqualified and qualified leads

• Good presentation skills to demonstrate product features with customer senior management

• Quick learner of new modules and features introduced in PACT ERP

• Pitch right solution with appropriate sizing - Solution designing, proposal, estimation

• Ensuring customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth

Required Skills & Experience:


• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred in Information systems, computer science or business

• 3 to 4 years of field sales experience in business accounting software/ERP/CRM/Retail industry

• Should have good skills in concept selling for enterprise business automation

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets

• Excellent negotiation skills with positive attitude

• Should be able to understand and provide solution to customer requirements

• 50% travel and a willingness to work a flexible schedule required

• Experience with a range of sales methodologies and sales funnel management process

• Knowledge of current ERP products and related technologies

• Expected to have good communication skills in written / spoken English
