Summary

• Sales, Marketing, Follow-up of projects development

• Generating leads.

• Liaising with the agencies/ subcontractors for planning and implementation

• Dealing with the Clients, sub-contractors, vendors & suppliers

• Marketing Study, Survey, Preparation of Reports/ Proposals

• Willing to travel for on ground executions

• Conducting site evaluations for potential customers

• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships

• Contract negotiations

• Working closely with ESL Solar team of project managers to prepare and develop proposals, feasibility studies, and responses to RFP’s

Qualifications and Skills

• Passionate for work, good organizational skills, energetic, flexible & trustworthy

• Solar PV experience and knowledge preferred

• Demonstrated ‘consultative’ selling experience

• Proven ability to manage projects under deadline with multiple internal resources

• Experience managing or selling to multiple stakeholders on the customer side

• Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of solar PV systems required

• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

• Understanding and presenting financial analysis to customers (ROI, IRR, NPV, APR, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Field Sale executive.
