Designation: Business Development Manager
Function: Sales/ Business development

Channel: Agency Channel
CTC: Up to 2.75 LPA

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Recruit BP (Business Partner/ BP intent will require agent/advisor).
  • Train BP to require agent/advisor.
  • Develop BP and their advisor to join sales call.
  • Manage, motivate and monitor BP to drive business through agency/advisor.
  • Share monthly contest details with agent/ advisor.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Age between 23 – 35 yrs
  • Graduation / Post Graduation
  • 2+ year experience in agency channel.
  • Good Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹180,000.00 to ₹275,000.00 /year

Experience: sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
