Sales Coordinator
Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets

2. Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the HOD of Sales.

3. Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database.

4. Coordinating and responding to all enquiries received from clients

5. Preparing quotations and work orders against the same after approval from the clients.

6. Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales event manager.

7. Preparing database of all related works.

8. Communicate effectively with sales managers and clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.

9. Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties

Location:  Mumbai (Western Suburb )
Experience: 2-5yrs. 
Having good English communication skills, well versed with operating computers and related software viz, MS Office, Tally, Email etc.
