Job Description

Experience : 2-3 Yrs
Sales - Administrative Sales assistance for invoicing, payments, documentation
§Spanish Language READ / WRITE is a must
§Being a point of contact for the sales department: Answering incoming requests , maintaining department records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers
§Creating and maintaining sales contracts and agreements , some bookkeeping, including team budgets and commission tracking
§Research that supports the team, such as performing Internet searches for potential clients and gathering information that could be useful to the sales team when pitching a product or service
§Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
§Excellent communication and customer service skills enabling you to successfully contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
§Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records, computer skills to generate monthly sales reports.
§Willingness to convey key feedback from customers internally, Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets, reporting any deviations.
