Job Description
To provide the sales team with an important link between themselves and the clients by processing related paperwork, arranging appointments, and generating leads. They will also be responsible for dealing with invoices, chasing debtors, and monitoring the order process. 
Maintain good relationship with customers, 
Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process, proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete
Leveraging the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales

Following up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames
Handle customer calls, followup on meetings, maintain files and records
Ensure fields sales team is updated on upcoming meetings and client visits
Interacting with other departments to meet and deliver customer requirements

Candidates should be adaptable and have good, all-round administrative abilities
Sales admin must have working knowledge of  Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Access
Should be able to handle multiple tasks and maintain timely delivery

Responsibilities

Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process, proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete
Contacting and maintaining a good relationship with the customers regularly throughout the year
Maintaining high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with them
Effectively communicating with external customers regarding renewal enquiries
Interacting with other departments to meet and deliver customer requirements
Leveraging the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales
Following up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames

Key Skills
