We're currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to levarage relationships and help us grow in Hyderabad in a variety of verticals. This is a fantastic opportunity to help Astreya grow globally.

Your main roles and responsibilities:

  • Establish a trusted adviser relationship with your customers and own those relationships
  • Educate customers on Astreya’s service portfolio
  • Define and monitor success criteria metrics working closely with the customer
  • You will focus on the customers continued satisfaction and growth
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure customers are happy and see the value from Astreya
  • Define success plan for at-risk customer and execute the plans in collaboration with functional teams
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Handling of customer escalations
  • You will be in a critical role with primary responsibility for the overall solutions to meet client business requirements
  • Participate in campaigns, to drive solution sales across our core pillars
  • You will take an active role with the client before, during and after the sale to ensure the client is and stays satisfied with the work done
  • Network, develop and maintain great working relationships with sales professionals, decision makers, and procurement officers
  • Other duties as assigned
This position is also responsible for maintaining awareness of competitive activity and product and industry knowledge


Your required skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated professional solution and services sales experience in IT Managed Services.
  • Ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment.
  • Excellent solution selling capability
  • Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve performance and take it to the next level.
  • Ability to utilize search engines and other business resources to gather relevant data and facts, and able to synthesize and apply the information appropriately.
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to travel 30-50%
  • Demonstrated sales and account development experience with growth in both revenue and gross profit
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Must be prompt in all follow-up with client’s questions, issues or concerns
  • Experienced in working with customer, departmental, and executive staff
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once
  • Proactive approach to organization and problem solving
  • Extreme attention to detail
