The SaaSOps Architect ($60K/year) is responsible for providing seasoned and experienced support to
drive our infrastructure availability up for both internal and external clients while resolving incidents and service requests.
We are seeking for hands-on professionals who are comfortable reverse-engineering legacy products with manual build/deploy processes, ancient dependencies, fragile architecture, weak security and lack of scalability and performance. We expect you to deep dive on all outages, perform root cause analysis and drive continuous product improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields
5+ years experience in systems administration support of web-enabled service application environments and technologies
1+ year experience in SaaS Ops / Tech Ops / Infrastructure Ops / DevOps
1+ year experience using infrastructure monitoring tools
Experience building and maintaining production systems on AWS using EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, Cloud Formation, etc. and familiarity interacting with the AWS APIs or strong VMWare / Azure experience
Strong experience administering Linux (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu) systems

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
