• RTL Design experience - ~1 Year • Should be having strong fundamentals of digital logic design • Experience in Micro-Architecture design and RTL coding for FPGA/ASIC • Hands on experience with Verilog/System Verilog coding and Simulation tools • Knowledge of Lint, CDC, Synthesis flow and static timing flows, Formal checking would be an advantage • Knowledge of AMBA protocols- AXI/AHB/APB is a must • Knowledge of Scripting: Perl/Tcl is an advantage. • Experience with revision control tools along with Perl/Shell scripts is a plus. • In addition, the candidate should have good communication skills, will be a team player and should have good problem solving skills.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
